How Does a Casino Night Work?

You tell us your guest count, we bring the tables and dealers, and your guests play with fun money. No real money is wagered at any point.

The run of show

01
Before the event
We confirm the table mix, arrival window, and load-in details with you or your venue. If you need a certificate of insurance or a W-9, we send those ahead of time.

Setup, about 90 minutes out
Our crew arrives, rolls the tables in, dresses them, and sets chips and fun money. Tables need no power.

Doors open
Every guest gets the same amount of fun money, free. Dealers welcome first-timers and teach the games as they deal.

During play
Three hours is standard. Guests move between tables, dealers keep the pace friendly, and our lead handles anything that comes up.

Last call at the tables
Dealers announce final hands. If you're awarding prizes, your organization runs its drawing after play ends. Chips are never redeemed.

Breakdown
We pack up and clear out, usually within an hour.
