Our Entertainment-Only Policy

Casino Night of Miami provides casino-themed entertainment. We are not a casino, a cardroom, or a gambling operator, and no gambling takes place at our events.

How every event works

• Guests play with fun money and chips that have no cash value.
• Fun money is given to guests free. It is never sold.
• No real money is ever wagered, and chips are never exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything of value.
• Our dealers are entertainers and instructors. They do not accept wagers.
• We do not provide slot machines.

Our commitment

• Every client agrees in writing to our entertainment-only terms before the event.
• Entertainment-only signs are posted at every table.
• Our staff will pause any game, and if necessary end the event, if anyone attempts to wager real money or anything of value.
• For school and family events, games are played for fun and instruction only.
• For fundraisers, we provide the entertainment. The host organization is responsible for its own fundraising activities and for following Florida law on drawings and raffles.

Florida law

Gambling is regulated in Florida under Chapter 849 of the Florida Statutes and overseen by the Florida Gaming Control Commission. We operate our events so that no gambling occurs, and we cooperate fully with venues, law enforcement, and regulators. Questions about our policy can be sent to 305-985-0505.
