FAQ
Casino Night Questions, Answered
Everything people ask before they book: cost, table counts, space, insurance, and how the games actually run.
- Do guests ever play with real money?
- No. Guests play with fun money and chips that have no cash value, and chips are never exchanged for cash or anything of value. Our events are entertainment only.
- Can we use a casino night as a fundraiser?
- Yes, as the entertainment. Organizations typically raise money through ticket sales, sponsorships, and suggested donations, and any prizes are awarded by a separate free drawing the organization runs under its own counsel. We provide the tables and dealers only.
- How much does a casino night cost?
- Most events run between $1,200 and $4,000 depending on the number of tables and hours. Tables start at $325 each for three hours, dealer included. See the pricing page for packages by guest count.
- How many tables do I need?
- Plan seats for about 40 to 50% of your guests at one time. A blackjack or poker table seats about 7. For 100 guests, that's typically 5 to 7 tables.
- What's included with each table?
- A professional dealer, chips, cards or dice, fun money, delivery, setup, and breakdown. Three hours of play is standard, and you can add hours at $85 per table.
- Do guests need to know how to play?
- No. Our dealers teach as they deal, and they keep it fun for first-timers.
- Do your dealers speak Spanish?
- Yes, we staff bilingual English and Spanish dealers on request.
- How much space do I need?
- About 8 by 8 feet per blackjack or poker table including players, and about 5 by 6 feet for the money wheel.
- Can you set up outdoors?
- Yes, on a flat, covered surface. Felt tables can't get wet, so we need a tent or covered patio. We can supply the tent.
- Is a casino night OK for high school events?
- Yes. It's a popular prom, after-prom, and grad night activity because no real money is involved. Students play with fun money and prizes are raffled by the school.
- Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
- Yes. We're fully insured and can issue a COI naming your venue as additional insured.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Four to six weeks for most dates. December holiday parties and May grad nights book up earliest, so reserve those two to three months ahead.
- What areas do you serve?
- All of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, from Homestead to West Palm Beach.
- What else can you bring?
- Through The Fun Group we can add photo booths, arcade and carnival games, laser tag, tents, tables, chairs, and generators, all on one order.
