Casino Night Fundraisers, Done Carefully
We provide the entertainment: tables, dealers, chips, and fun money. Your organization runs the fundraising. Nothing of value is ever wagered or won at our tables.
How the format works
- Admission is a ticket or suggested donation for the event as a whole, not a purchase of chips.
- Every guest receives the same starting fun money, including anyone who attends free.
- Chips have no cash value and are never redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything else.
- Any raffle or drawing is run by your organization, under its own legal advice.
- We don't handle donations, sell tickets, or run raffles.

What a gala night usually looks like
Cocktails and check-in, dinner or heavy passed apps, two to three hours of open table play, then your program: remarks, live appeal, and the drawing. Most 150-guest galas run 8 to 10 tables.

- How does a casino night raise money?
- Through ticket sales, sponsorships, and suggested donations for the event as a whole, not through play at the tables. The casino tables are the entertainment that gets people in the room.
- Do guests buy chips?
- No. Every guest receives the same amount of fun money for free, including anyone attending at no cost. We never sell chips or fun money.
- Can we award prizes?
- Prizes are your organization's call and are never paid out from our tables. If you award prizes, do it through a separate free drawing your organization runs under its own counsel.
- What do you handle, and what do we handle?
- We provide the tables, dealers, chips, and fun money. Your organization handles ticketing, donations, sponsorships, and any drawing or raffle.
